Planes, Trains and Automobiles...

Pete Glass has been awarded the prestigious Employee of the Quarter Award for his outstanding contribution to TEAM Swindon in Q3 2011.

Pete, who is employed as a Driver and delivers cars to our customers across the UK. Regardless of the location and time involved in the delivery, Pete is always willing and able to drive to a customer to ensure we meet our promise of “GREAT customer service”. He personally hands the car over and gives a full demonstration of the controls and functions on handover of their brand new Mercedes-Benz. Feedback is always positive with some really pleasing comments from satisfied customers.

Mike Fellows, Managing Director said “As part of his job he has to arrange return transport back to Swindon and he has really gone the extra mile by taking personal responsibility for keeping transport costs to a minimum. Using his own initiative, Pete has saved over £1,600 in rail fares this year by using his Senior Citizen Railcard to book rail tickets for his deliveries – a fantastic effort to watch costs and help our business – well done!”
