Shining stars at Mercedes-Benz of Swindon

'Famous with customers'

The Mercedes-Benz of Swindon team were recognised for being “Famous with customers” at an award ceremony held last week. The recognition is based on delivering outstanding levels of customer service based on feedback from Mercedes-Benz who gather vital feedback from our customers.

David Churchill, was the Aftersales Manager of the Year and Paul Gardiner Sales Executive was winner of a Quarterly Award.

The top honours went to Martin Painter who won two Quarterly Awards and the prestigious “Overall Winner for Service” in 2010 Award.

Martin said “It was a great evening and I was really pleased to be presented with these awards. It is great to receive this recognition from the company and that I am acknowledged for looking after my customers.”

Mike Fellows, Managing Director said “I am really proud of Martin, David and Paul. They are star performers who have been duly recognised for their outstanding customer service in 2010. We all work hard and they represent the whole team at Swindon of 58 staff , who strive to be famous for great customer service. We were upper quartile in the Mercedes-Benz network of 155 dealers in Sales and Service in both 2009 and 2010 and that is because we employ exceptional people who focus on the customer. I have a simple business philosophy – look after our customers and they will keep coming back to us.”
