I just wanted to write a few lines to you to say 'how thrilled' I am with my new car I collected from you on Saturday 30th August.
As you know I was very happy with the current Mercedes I am driving, but this 'new machine' is much more than I ever hoped I would be privileged enough to own.
The experience of dealing with you and Stuart is so very special as you always treat me with such kindness and warmth of friendship, and buying this new Mercedes from you is most certainly one of the happiest times I have enjoyed for many years!
The new car is still safe in the garage until the time comes when I leave the Company and retire, and as soon as I find an opportune moment I will give you both a call and drop into Bedford to see you, if I may?

I still cannot believe how quickly it all slotted into place when I walked into your Showroom only two weeks previous, and as you now know I was only making 'tentative enquiries' at the time!
