A glitch on the computer system when I reorganised my appointment meant that I don't think I was expected. This was handled in a way that was virtually invisible to me and Carlisle branch did exceptionally well to meet my needs in such a short space of time. If there was an inconvenience factor I was not maded aware of this, so top marks to the Carlisle service department.
