Last Thursday I drove up from Fishguard area to collect my new B Class on the Motorbility Scheme from your dealership. I would just like to point out to you the very decent attention I received from Daniel from day one, in stark contrast to my previous Motorbility vehicle purchase.
At this point I would like to say that I had been scouring around the 'Net' looking for either an A or B class. Your site showed one and I sent an enquiry. That was replied to immediately by email but a person, Ashley, was not in touch until the Monday. By then, he said, that vehicle had been sold and there was only an older one available to meet my requirements.I explained that it might be that or that I might use my Motorbility option. I did thank him by email after the decision was made.
Then on Tuesday I rang the dealership to make enquiries about Motorbility and what you had available. Daniel rang me back with details of this one. He was perfectly polite, considerate and willing . He tried to find one with the seating pack and kept me in the loop all day, whilst keeping an eye on this one which you had in stock. By close of the day I had agreed to this one and he set about organising the pedal for me. I posted the necessary documents . Daniel rang me with all info up to the day before I left home. His manner is so unlike that of a pushy salesman, which makes him a good one! He listens and produces.
On Thursday I arrived to find my vehicle in the showroom and all paperwork ready to go. Daniel spent a great deal of time showing me around the car, despite my previous ownership of 2 x A classes. he showed me how to use the park assist and the cruise control. My old cars had these options and yet I was never told how to use them. Daniel will relay the previous experience I had , which is almost unbelieveable. Even the colour was a lie! So, thank you to the dealership and also to my new friend Daniel. You are the nearest dealer to Wales and could well attract more customers .

Just a quick line to pass on my thanks to your dealership for the professional and friendly way that they have dealt with my procurement of my car. Initially this was thanks to your Adam Khodabaccus who was great, he took the time to demonstrate and order the complete car of my choice, he always updated me on progress of the order and the car arrived early!
Yesterday my car was in for its first service and your Dean Smith had organised a courtesy car which was waiting for me. The car was serviced including two new tyres and received an excellent clean (Wish I could pop it in every week!!). Again it was a very pleasant experience totally professional and smooth.
In these days it is rare to receive such good service and it is a testament to you and your staff. If like myself the only contact you usually have is from customers that are wishing to complain about something I thought it appropriate to say Thank You for great service.
