I am writing to you expressing my thanks for the excellent service I recently experienced from your service department.
My car, a Mercedes A Class 170, broke down whilst out driving with my daughter in Kettering. Knowing that my husband was out of town, I rang Neil Wilson (an employee of yours) to see if he could help us.
Neil answered our call and said he would be with us within 10 minutes. It was only when he arrived that we found out he was in fact at a family event in Corby, in which he had left with his partner to come and help us.
Neil checked the car over and sourced that it was un-driveable, he then attempted to call the breakdown service on our behalf however found out that the telephone number in the service book was incorrect. Neil managed to obtain the correct number and proceeded to make the arrangements for my car to be recovered.
With there being nothing more Neil could possibly do he kindly drove my daughter to her grandparents house whilst I waited for the recovery truck. After dropping my daughter off, Neil and his partner came back to where I was to see if I was ok.
On Monday 9th June, I received a phone call from Service Team Leader, Gee Loi who was very helpful and kept me informed on the progress and cost of the repairs. Mr Loi said on the phone that due to the low mileage of my car and it only just being out of warranty that he would speck to another gentleman at Mercedes to see whether a good will gesture could be suggested towards the cost of the repairs.
Both Neil and Gee kept me informed every step of the way and it was very much appreciated when Mercedes did not contribute to the cost of the repairs.
I feel that Neil Wilson and Gee Loi deserve recognition and praise for their dedication, not only to Mercedes but to your customers, of which I am one.
Once again, I thank you and your service staff for all the help I received in my hour of need.

"I would like you to know that I received excellent service from a member of your team ('Richard') at the Swindon showroom last week.
The windscreen washer on my car (E320 - the best car I have ever driven) was not working and Richard rectified the problem in a matter of minutes with no charge, thus enabling me to travel in safety to Kent. It is reassuring to know that there are still people around who do not look for the slightest excuse to make a quick profit.

I had to write this note to express my sincere thanks for your outstanding service given to me on Wednesday 3rd December 2009.
I was on the M5 and my engine management light came on.
I drove to you unannounced, one to receive the usual fantastic welcome at reception (coffee etc) and service reception, then sorted out booking details and warranty number etc, then to get the work completed.
I left the dealership late morning on the understanding you’d look at my car and try your best to get it ready for the following day (mid day ish)?
Well, you called me at 2pm ish and said you’d found the fault, got the part in stock (camshaft sensor) and car would be ready by 4pm same day!
Well, I was relieved and amazed at the quality service and response.
I came in later that afternoon and collected the car.
You even washed/vac’d it (it was filthy).
This was truly outstanding service and you know, as you get older you find this harder to come by.
THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Would I come back? You bet!
Would I buy my next Mercedes from WsMare? 100% yes!

"I basically just wanted to take the time to compliment your service staff on a fine job, and in particular Martin (sorry I don’t have his surname) and Gary Cummins who always seem to go above and beyond the call of duty.
My CLK was in for some minor warranty work, and I happened to mention that I was unhappy with the number plate surrounds (no fault of the cars – I just didn’t like the surrounds)
I was then asked if you could help and they were promptly whipped off, the plates were re drilled and re mounted, and the car was given a quick clean (which saves me a job in the morning !).

Last week I arranged to have a B service and was delighted with the way I was treated. I received a telephone reminder a few days beforehand and then another to ask if, at the same time as the service I would like an MOT test which was due. Today I received a follow up call to see if I was happy with the work carried out. The lady who called was bright and cheerful making me feel that I was a valued customer.
As always, I was very pleased with the work carried out by the technicians. I particularly commend Paul Carter who was most helpful and very thorough in his explanation of what had been done giving a detailed breakdown of the costs. He alerted me to the imminent need for two new tyres, which he is obtaining for me in the next few days so that I can have them fitted before Christmas. He has been most attentive.

"... I was shown to the waiting area, offered a coffee, and left with the morning papers to peruse. Having left a message on the answering machine of the other exhaust suppliers to say I no longer needed their services, I then opted to wander around the showroom and sit in every car on display. All in the name of research, for you dear reader, you understand.
Within about 30 minutes my lottery win dreaming was interrupted. “... they are just fitting the back section, would you like to come through” Announced Steve, who had kindly agreed to let me take some pictures for this report. I duly followed, and watched as Paul Vowels and Oliver Ashley lifted the final piece of the particularly shiny jigsaw into place. As clamps were tightened I thanked the guys, who were all complimentary about the car’s solidity, which was a nice touch I thought.
“Shall we go and sort out the invoice?” As we sat down in the service reception he asked me if I would also like the car washing. Obviously the blood drained from my face as he added quickly “It’s no extra cost, all part of the service”. I agreed, and a call was made for work to commence. “OK, so you paid £178 when you ordered the exhaust on Saturday, so that just leaves the labour charge”
I held my breath as Steve tapped away at the keyboard, and moved the mouse about a bit, then hit the enter key. Below the desk a printer produced the invoice.
“There you are, that will be £49.98” Announced Steve in a calm tone as he slid the paperwork to me. I could hardly believe my eyes. “Are you sure?” I stuttered “I was expecting it to be a lot more than that.” “No” replied Steve “That’s right” allowing himself a smile as I offered my card, clearly pleased at having dispelled the myth of the Main dealer charges to one surprised owner. I was a very happy man indeed.

Please forgive my delay in writing to thank you for the Mercedes-Benz Pedal Car which you donated to the Auction for MK Snap. It raised £700 and was bought by a gentleman from Routeco for his expected Grandchild!
The evening was a great success and we raised £17,000 which will go a long way to helping to equip the new building which opens shortly.

I found it necessary to locate the Managing Director as I had to take the time to praise the professionalism, and customer service I experienced recently from both James Bache & Michael Middlemiss. As President of a 45 year old German semiconductor company’s US Operations, I preach customer service, where in this day and age it has become a point of differentiation. James and Michael, whom I do not know, were outstanding with regard to customer support as I sought the new 3G iPhone cradle for my 2008 S550 Mercedes, not yet available in the US.
From the onset James was extremely knowledgeable being well versed on the capabilities, functionality & alike. You would be hard pressed to find anyone in the US with his level of expertise, yet he also projected a friendly & professional demeanor. I am uniquely qualified to make such comments as the enclosed PDF will show I have owned 17 MB’s through the years, yet to date, have never been totally pleased with any of the US dealership’s levels of service. Your employees certainly raised the bar from what I have come to expect as the “norm”.
Further, with James departing for vacation, Michael jumped in with an equal sense of urgency to assure the correct cradle was shipped via my carrier of choice without missing a heartbeat. Mind you, I’m an annoying Yank from the States with tough questions on a leading edge product that was just released, yet they made the experience “turn-key” & painless.

Last Thursday I drove up from Fishguard area to collect my new B Class on the Motorbility Scheme from your dealership. I would just like to point out to you the very decent attention I received from Daniel from day one, in stark contrast to my previous Motorbility vehicle purchase.
At this point I would like to say that I had been scouring around the 'Net' looking for either an A or B class. Your site showed one and I sent an enquiry. That was replied to immediately by email but a person, Ashley, was not in touch until the Monday. By then, he said, that vehicle had been sold and there was only an older one available to meet my requirements.I explained that it might be that or that I might use my Motorbility option. I did thank him by email after the decision was made.
Then on Tuesday I rang the dealership to make enquiries about Motorbility and what you had available. Daniel rang me back with details of this one. He was perfectly polite, considerate and willing . He tried to find one with the seating pack and kept me in the loop all day, whilst keeping an eye on this one which you had in stock. By close of the day I had agreed to this one and he set about organising the pedal for me. I posted the necessary documents . Daniel rang me with all info up to the day before I left home. His manner is so unlike that of a pushy salesman, which makes him a good one! He listens and produces.
On Thursday I arrived to find my vehicle in the showroom and all paperwork ready to go. Daniel spent a great deal of time showing me around the car, despite my previous ownership of 2 x A classes. he showed me how to use the park assist and the cruise control. My old cars had these options and yet I was never told how to use them. Daniel will relay the previous experience I had , which is almost unbelieveable. Even the colour was a lie! So, thank you to the dealership and also to my new friend Daniel. You are the nearest dealer to Wales and could well attract more customers .

Just a quick line to pass on my thanks to your dealership for the professional and friendly way that they have dealt with my procurement of my car. Initially this was thanks to your Adam Khodabaccus who was great, he took the time to demonstrate and order the complete car of my choice, he always updated me on progress of the order and the car arrived early!
Yesterday my car was in for its first service and your Dean Smith had organised a courtesy car which was waiting for me. The car was serviced including two new tyres and received an excellent clean (Wish I could pop it in every week!!). Again it was a very pleasant experience totally professional and smooth.
In these days it is rare to receive such good service and it is a testament to you and your staff. If like myself the only contact you usually have is from customers that are wishing to complain about something I thought it appropriate to say Thank You for great service.
