I just wanted to say thank you so much for the preperation and loan of the SLK-Class which was wonderful and we had a great time.
It was an absolute pleasure to be given the opportunity to drive a Mercedes Sport and we were fortunate to be blessed with good weather, the sun was shining so we could take full advantage of a convertible.
Once again many thanks, it was a very generous prize for the charity event that was hosted in November 2007.

I understand from a colleague that you recently supported 'The Big Big Bash', which is also giving part of its proceeds to Willen Hospice. Your ongoing commitment and help in raising the profile of our Hospice means a great deal to us and again, I would like to thank you for this support.

I found it necessary to locate the Managing Director as I had to take the time to praise the professionalism, and customer service I experienced recently from both James Bache & Michael Middlemiss. As President of a 45 year old German semiconductor company’s US Operations, I preach customer service, where in this day and age it has become a point of differentiation. James and Michael, whom I do not know, were outstanding with regard to customer support as I sought the new 3G iPhone cradle for my 2008 S550 Mercedes, not yet available in the US.
From the onset James was extremely knowledgeable being well versed on the capabilities, functionality & alike. You would be hard pressed to find anyone in the US with his level of expertise, yet he also projected a friendly & professional demeanor. I am uniquely qualified to make such comments as the enclosed PDF will show I have owned 17 MB’s through the years, yet to date, have never been totally pleased with any of the US dealership’s levels of service. Your employees certainly raised the bar from what I have come to expect as the “norm”.
Further, with James departing for vacation, Michael jumped in with an equal sense of urgency to assure the correct cradle was shipped via my carrier of choice without missing a heartbeat. Mind you, I’m an annoying Yank from the States with tough questions on a leading edge product that was just released, yet they made the experience “turn-key” & painless.
A genuinely pleasant experience overall. Outstanding team!

We wanted to write to formally thank you for sponsoring the Roll-A-Dice at our fund raising evening- The Big Big Charity Bash. It was a fantastic success.
Over 350 attended the evening and we raised approximately £11,500 for our three nominated charities: St Paul's School Mongolian Fund, Willen Hospice and Wheelpower.

Please forgive my delay in writing to thank you for the Mercedes-Benz Pedal Car which you donated to the Auction for MK Snap. It raised £700 and was bought by a gentleman from Routeco for his expected Grandchild!
The evening was a great success and we raised £17,000 which will go a long way to helping to equip the new building which opens shortly.
