Mercedes-Benz Annual Dealer Awards 2011

SYTNER GROUP TOP PERFORMERS IN THE MERCEDES-BENZ GB 2011 AWARDS

The Sytner Mercedes-Benz Division proved to be the top achievers in the 2011 Mercedes-Benz GB Annual Awards, recently held at the ICC in Birmingham.

The thirteen strong retail division was short listed in six of the twelve categories measured taking top prizes in three important categories.

Top Retailer – Awarded to the retailers in the Eastern Market area, Milton Keynes, Bedford and Northampton.

Top Sales Team – Awarded to the retailers in the Western Market area, Bristol, Cheltenham and Gloucester, Swindon and Newbury, Weston-super-Mare and Bath.

Parts Apprentice of the Year – Awarded to Matthew White of Mercedes-Benz of Bristol. 

Nominations for excellent achievement were also made to; 

Technical Apprentice of the Year - Sam Tomkinson Cheltenham and Gloucester

Marketing Team of the Year - Sytner Group

Fleet Team of the Year – for the team working from the three retailers in the Eastern Market area of Milton Keynes, Bedford and Northampton.   

Competition for the top awards was very close, but Sytner, the UK’s largest prestige motor retail group, proved it is the best company in all of the important core business measurements; sales, aftersales, customer satisfaction, marketing, best accounting practice and information reporting.  .
