Our Approved Used Car Programme guarantees the incomparable driving experience that you expect of Mercedes-Benz.

We scrutinise every car to guarantee you the peace of mind you would normally associate with buying a brand new car. Only vehicles that have passed our rigorous safety, mechanical, electrical and history checks are awarded our 12 months' unlimited mileage warranty, 12 months' roadside assistance and our 30-day / 1,000-mile exchange plan.

Our Approved Used Car Programme in detail:

• Multi-point check

Every Approved Used car has been meticulously checked inside and out, under the bonnet and on the road by a specialist Mercedes-Benz technician. When the technician signs the multi-point check sheet it is your guarantee that everything is in perfect working order.

• Vehicle history

We make a point of checking every car's provenance - making sure it has no outstanding finance charges and is not registered as stolen or as an insurance write-off. You will even receive a certificate to confirm that the chassis and registration numbers are the same as those recorded by the DVLA.

• Vehicle mileage check

You can be sure of exactly how many miles a Mercedes-Benz Approved Used car has covered. Every vehicle comes with a certificate confirming that the recorded mileage is genuine. Vehicles first registered to Mercedes-Benz UK Ltd or a Retailer demonstrator are excluded.

• MOT test failure cover

Protection for your next MOT after you have purchased your Approved Used Mercedes-Benz. It covers the cost of replacing, repairing or altering covered parts that have caused the car to fail its MOT within 30 days of the due date. Cover runs for at least one year.

• Exchange Plan

Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your car for any reason, you are welcome to exchange it at any time during the first 30 days or 1,000 miles (terms and conditions apply).

• Vehicle handover

Our handover process is just as comprehensive for used cars as it is for new ones. Our sales staff will give you all the relevant paperwork and certificates and will take you through a detailed checklist to ensure you know everything about your benefits under the Approved Used Cars Programme.
