As part of the 2015 West Berkshire Business Awards, Mercedes-Benz of Newbury will be sponsoring the 'Mercedes-Benz of Newbury Customer Care Award'.
Now in its third year, the West Berkshire Business Awards is an initiative to recognise and celebrate the often unnoticed success of our business community. It's about promoting the business, providing a networking platform and awarding deserved accolades that boost business and promote confidence and pride.
The WBBA in October 2014 attracted 220 attendees from across the business community as well as representatives from the local council and charities. The feedback from the event was extremely positive and the WBBA is now established as the largest networking event in the West Berkshire Business calendar.
Following on from this success, the WBBA Committee are planning on growing the event to attract an audience of 300 in 2015 and to provide further opportunities for sponsors and applicants.
Mercedes-Benz of Newbury's Head of Business Wesley Cole has submitted the following criteria for the Customer Care award:
'The winner of this award will be an organisation that can demonstrate that it is totally committed to delivering the highest standards of customer care. The successful nomination will be able to clearly demonstrate that it listens to and acts on both employee and consumer feedback to improve the service that it provides. This is organisation will regularly go the extra mile for its customers and will have a firm understanding of the relationship between customer care and customer and loyalty'.
The West Berkshire Business Awards dinner and ceremony will take place on the 16th October at The Race Course, Newbury.
