The Expanding Service Department
The Service Department at Mercedes-Benz of Sunderland is headed by Mark Scott. Mark was appointed as Service Manager in November 2007 having had the previous 3 years at Mercedes-Benz of Newcastle.
Mark has over 27 years experience of working in the motor retail repair industry and has previously won Service Manager of the year for another major franchise.
Mark has a team of 20 dedicated staff covering service reception, the workshop and the collect and delivery drivers.
All of whom pride themselves on total customer satisfaction.
The workshop consists of nine technicians, two of which are Mercedes-Benz diagnostic trained technicians and seven Mercedes-Benz systems and maintenance trained technicians.
The workshop has one of the highest ‘fixed first visit’ scores in the region which is measured by Mercedes-Benz Head office.
The Service team has recently set up a brand new smart repair operation with two smart technicians repairing alloy wheels; scuffs and scratches in paintwork; leather and vinyl repairs; glass and windscreen repairs and showroom valets.
We also offer state of the art four wheel alignments, a comprehensive range of tyres and air conditioning servicing.
All of these services are provided at competitive rates.
