Extremely welcome. My husband booked his car for collection on a Wednesday (as I understand your only collection day) when he was not able to be at home. The "driver" / "car colector" was excellent. I had to take time off work to wait for the my husband's car to be collected but the driver who collected the car suggeted I should have rung Synter and asked for first collection and then he dropped me right at my work. In summary, it was my husband's mi-management, my moaning but your driver's helpfulness. Many thanks.
