Gary Cummins, Customer Service Manager has been awarded the prestigious 'Employee of the Quarter', the first of 2011.
Gary has been nominated a number of times and now has shown himself as the clear winner last quarter.
Gary works hard to deliver great customer service and his extremely high work rate means he is one of the most productive members of the TEAM. Gary has a no nonsense approach to life and a definite “can do” attitude which makes him successful in his key role. Gary plays a vital role in dealing with customers, the manufacturer and dealership staff to drive the performance of the Aftersales department. “I am delighted to win the award, which is very special, however I am only doing my job” said Gary in his modest way.
