Mercedes-Benz of Swindon Employee of the Quarter Award

Lynda adds even more high performance to Mercedes-Benz of Swindon

Customers of Mercedes-Benz of Swindon will find that it’s not just the retailer’s cars that are top performers.

The Drakes Way team pride themselves on their customer care and it’s Service Administrator Lynda Andow who is the latest member of staff to have her efforts recognised, the Mercedes-Benz of Swindon management awarding her the prestigious Employee of the Quarter award.

The award is presented to the team member who has gone the ‘extra mile’ for customers and colleagues and aims to recognise excellence within the dealership team. Lynda, who lives in Swindon and joined Mercedes-Benz of Swindon in 2002, won it after her fantastic ‘can do’ attitude impressed all who came into contact with her.

Managing Director Mike Fellows presented Lynda with her award and was delighted that she had been crowned Employee of the Quarter.

“Lynda is a tremendous member of the team and a very worthy winner,” said Mike.

“She brings boundless energy, enthusiasm and humour to our business, which brings praise from customers and colleagues alike, and it’s not the first time Lynda has been nominated either, so it is fitting that she has now been recognised with the Employee of the Quarter Award”.
