Celebrations at the double for Mercedes-Benz of Swindon
The famous three-pointed star is shining brightly in Swindon where the town’s Mercedes-Benz retailer is celebrating its customer service success.
Mercedes-Benz of Swindon has recorded a notable double after its Sales and Service Departments both achieved upper quartile positions in the manufacturer’s customer satisfaction index. It is based on surveys among customers who bought a car or had an existing vehicle serviced by the Drakes Way retailer during 2009.
“My team is over the moon with this achievement and rightly so as it is important recognition of the hard work and effort that they have put in to looking after our customers,” said Mike Fellows, Mercedes-Benz of Swindon’s Managing Director.
“Our aim is to be famous for outstanding service and with this in mind we will be striving to improve our position in 2010 by enhancing the way we look after our customers even more.”
