Launched just in time for the winter period which can be especially demanding on vehicles, ‘Mercedes-Benz To You’ is a mobile health check scheme that sees a member of the Bridge Road retailer’s After Sales team visit people’s homes or offices to inspect their car’s vital features and ensure the vehicle is in optimum working order. The service is completely free-of-charge and motorists do not even have to be an existing

Appointments are arranged for ‘Mercedes-Benz To You’ Vehicle Technician Craig Harris to visit owners in a Mercedes-Benz Vito Sport Dualiner equipped with a STAR computer. Whilst Craig undertakes a series of checks on items such as the lights, brakes, tyres, battery, alternator and fluid levels, the diagnostics machine confirms that everything is OK.

After a few minutes, the customer is presented with a report highlighting the condition of their vehicle. If there are any problems, there is no obligation for any remedial work to be undertaken at Mercedes-Benz of Weston-super-Mare – however Craig can arrange for a quote to be provided or book the car in to be repaired if required.
