I would like to make you aware of the service I recently received by the salesman Tom Stoneman and the manager David Salter – it was second to none.  I visited several showrooms in my quest to find the perfect new car; Sytner Harold Wood was by far the best showroom.  Tom was so polite, thorough and good humoured throughout the whole process.  He returned all my calls if unavailable when I called, and was a great help to me.  I say this because my mother is currently purchasing a new Ford and the salesman never seems to return any calls.  Tom made the whole process smooth and pain free.  Everything was explained and no questions were left unanswered.  He presented Sytner MINI in a very professional manner.

Recent Used MINI Purchase

I recently purchased a used MINI from your showroom on Penarth Road as a surprise gift for my wife's birthday.  This involved part exchanging her existing car and transferring her personalised number plate to her new MINI, as descretely as possible.

I explained all of this to the salesman who I dealt with throughout the process, Mark James and I would just like to put on record my gratitude to Mark for his fantastic and helpful attitude throughout the process, which resulted in a wonderful surprise for my wife on her birthday.

I can honestly say that Mark was an absolute pleasure to deal with (as were other staff who I spoke to whilst I was there), which I have to say has not been my previous experience when buying a used car elsewhere!  As a result, I would not hesitate to recommend Sytner (and MINI in particular) to others in the future.

Also, the car is great too!
