We recently placed an order for a new MINI Cooper Diesel from Ms Amy Thomas.  We were so impressed with her professionalism, product knowledge, but most importantly the courtesy and attentiveness she showed to us, we felt we must write this letter of unsolicited praise.

We've arrived safely back home, happy with our recent purchase of a mini cooper clubman, but still a little shell-shocked, as actually the purchase of a new car was the furthest thing from our thoughts when setting out on this trip.

We must say that Phil Tucker pulled out all the stops to help our deliberations about the purchase, and to meet our timescales to enable us to bring the vehicle home with us.
His friendly, yet professional manner, was a breath of fresh air, and the rest of the team supported his efforts in a likewise manner.

We must also add that the whole experience provided by yourself and your team, including the ladies at Reception was a memorable experience. We look forward to meeting you all, and continuing our business with your dealership.

Recent Used MINI Purchase

I recently purchased a used MINI from your showroom on Penarth Road as a surprise gift for my wife's birthday.  This involved part exchanging her existing car and transferring her personalised number plate to her new MINI, as descretely as possible.

I explained all of this to the salesman who I dealt with throughout the process, Mark James and I would just like to put on record my gratitude to Mark for his fantastic and helpful attitude throughout the process, which resulted in a wonderful surprise for my wife on her birthday.

I can honestly say that Mark was an absolute pleasure to deal with (as were other staff who I spoke to whilst I was there), which I have to say has not been my previous experience when buying a used car elsewhere!  As a result, I would not hesitate to recommend Sytner (and MINI in particular) to others in the future.

Also, the car is great too!
