the layout and fi t out of the showroom environment is much more relaxed, welcoming than other competitors showrooms.this assists a more welcoming feel. staff were spot on relaxed and welcoming. the rainy sunday I called at the showroom it was noticeable that the (female) member of staff was warm upbeat and chatty and Marc was equally approachable .Nothing too much trouble,friendly.Not a sales sanitised showroom space at all !!!

On the few occasions I had to visit the dealership the staff were always friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble - and there was always a lovely cup of coffee on hand.

Salesman was extremely polite and was talking to a rep I think when I walked in to purchase the lead. He immediately acknowledged me and asked the rep to bear with him whilst I served me.
