we were especially impressed by Laura and Josh at the Sutton Coldfield dealership when we arrived at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon 3 weeks ago. We had called ahead as we had travelled from Lincolnshire and had also visited the Birmingham dealership but having got lost we arrived just as Laura and Josh were preparing to lock up. Nonetheless, they both seemed happy to stay later for at least half an hour whilst we looked over the car we eventually purchased. Throughout they made us feel welcome and relaxed and at no time was any mention made of us holding them up. We were very impressed.

Gemma gave a lovely glowing welcome a great credit to Synter Mini Bmw .Josh was also very helpful and excellent personality when i came to preview my new mini when it arrived brand new from Synter Nottingham .Ian Handed over the car made the experience a pleasure too .Delighted with Mini Sutton Coldfield A Lovely team ,
