Customers of Sytner North East were so impressed with the service they received, it has led to the market area winning the Mercedes-Benz UK Customer Service Award for 2014.
Retailers are scored using feedback questionnaires, completed by customers, based on their levels of satisfaction and experience whilst buying a new or approved used car, or visiting the dealership for a service. Well all the hard work has paid off for the dealerships in Newcastle, Sunderland, Teesside and Carlisle, with a record year of car sales and service visits and now to add icing to the cake, an award for delivering the highest level of customer service.
At the annual Mercedes-Benz UK awards, held in Lisbon earlier this year, a trophy was presented to Market Area Sales Director Jeremy Simpson, who collected the award on behalf of Sytner North East. Jeremy said he was delighted to receive such an accolade:
'After achieving record sales results in 2014 it is particularly pleasing that our customer's feedback has earned us this National Award. The Mercedes-Benz Brand is growing rapidly in the North East and Cumbria and this is underpinned by a brilliant local team who understand that in a Sytner Dealership only a great customer experience is good enough'
After a trip back from Europe the trophy has made it safely to the North East and will be proudly displayed at each of the four dealerships throughout 2015, acting as an incentive for the teams to repeat last year's performance and win the award for a second year running.
