The Saab 9-3

The Saab 9-3 is available in 3 body styles: Saloon, Sportwagon and Convertible. There are 4 trim levels available for the Saloon and Sportwagon which are: Airflow, Linear SE, Vector Sport and Aero. There are 3 specification levels for Convertible as Airflow is not available due as it is porduced with the business user in mind. There are 5 petrol engines ranging form the 1.8i (122PS) to the 2.8 V6 (255PS). Saab offer a choice of 3 diesel power plants ranging from 120PS to 180PS. Saab are also at the vanguard of alternative fuel use and are proud to offer a 2.0 litre BioPower engine producing 200PS running on 85% bioethanol. Not all engines are available across all the specification levels and in all cases the highest output engines are reserved for the dynamic Aero. Most Saab engines can enjoy a factory supported Hirsch power upgrade.
