Providing a high standard of customer service is very important to our Huddersfield SEAT team and we’d like to hear from you following your visit.As a thank you for your feedback, we’ll enter you into our prize draw to win £500.*

All you need to do, is have your car serviced or repaired with us at Huddersfield SEAT and provide your email address. You will then receive the SEAT UK online customer satisfaction survey invitation, “How did we do?”. Once you have submitted your completed survey, you will be entered into the prize draw. It’s as simple as that.

We hope you can answer these questions with the following answers:

  • Your overall satisfaction as "Extremely Satisfied"
  • Would you recommend us as "Definitely"
  • Would you return to us as "Definitely"

If for whatever reason you feel unable to score "Extremely Satisfied", please contact our Service Manager, and we will endeavor to resolve any outstanding issues to help us achieve our goal of excellent customer care and satisfaction.

Overview of offer

Every customer who visits Huddersfield SEAT for a service or repair will be entered onto SEAT's Authorised Repairer Vehicle Management System to record their service or repair history. If you have agreed for your e-mail address to be used as a communication channel, the data is then extracted and sent via secure e-mail to SEAT UK. Each month, SEAT will collate this data and send it to TNS Madrid, an independent company employed by SEAT, to enter your details into a monthly Customer Satisfaction on-line Survey. TNS Madrid will send each valid customer an e-mail invitation to complete the on-line survey. All of this is normal practice today.

*Terms and Conditions

By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  • 1.Entries are made automatically following the completion of the SEAT UK on line Customer Satisfaction Survey. This Survey is conducted on behalf of SEAT themselves, not by Sytner.
  • 2.Customers must have completed the Customer Satisfaction Survey on-line, 3 weeks of receipt of the survey invitation TNS/SEAT. Any surveys completed outside of the time frame will be excluded from the offer.
  • 3.One winner will be drawn quarterly (Jan-March, April-June, July-Sept, Oct-Dec) and will be automatically entered in the draw for the following month (after you complete the survey). E.g If you complete your survey in May your name will be entered into the June prize draw. A typical month runs from 28th to 28th. This can be up to 10 weeks post the event date.
  • 4.Purchase of a repair or service at Huddersfield SEAT is required.
  • 5.Sytner may also conduct an independent customer survey, this is not part of the competition, completing this will not enter you into the prize draw.
  • 6.Open to all United Kingdom residents over the age of 18 years. Only one survey per person will be accepted.
  • 7.Offer not open to employees of Sytner or Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and anyone else connected with the promotion.
  • 8.The prize is £500 and is not transferable.
  • 9.The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received, and shall be notified by telephone by the Authorised Repairer where the service or repair took place. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, Huddersfield SEAT will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
  • 10.Customers wishing to remain anonymous for the Customer Satisfaction Survey will be removed from the offer, as customer's details are required in order to benefit from the competition and to allow Sytner to contact the winner.
  • 11.No responsibility is accepted for entries that are illegible or lost, delayed or damaged electronically or online during the promotion. Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions and/or that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified.
  • 12.Huddersfield SEAT reserves the right to alter, amend, foreclose or withdraw the promotion at any time and without prior notice.
  • 13.Huddersfield SEAT reserves the right to disqualify any entrant[s] it believes not to be playing within the spirit of the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behavior. Huddersfield SEAT reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects.
  • 14.Your personal data will be held by Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited (trading as SEAT UK). If at any time you wish to withdraw from the prize draw your request should be made in writing to Huddersfield SEAT.
  • 15.If there is a conflict in the terms conditions to this prize draw with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this draw, these conditions will apply.
  • 16.Only those customers who receive an invitation directly from SEAT/TNS at the email address registered on our database are eligible to participate. To avoid disappointment, please do not forward the invitation on to third parties. They are not eligible to enter and will not receive any incentive to participate. It may also invalidate your entry.
  • 17.To be eligible to be entered into the prize draw, the Customer Satisfaction Survey must be completed in full with all fields completed appropriately and accurately.
