We survey every customer to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs and use this feedback to guide the on-going training and development of our dealership team.

Made to feel welcome, settled in lounge area to wait the hour and a half I was told the work would take. However 2 and a half hours later I was informed that the wrong parts were ordered. I had to return the following day.

There is someone actually waiting at the door to direct you to wherever/whoever you want to go/see ... this is a nice touch. Everyone offers coffee and there is, generally, a friendly atmosphere but one that still retains a business-like attitude
