Toyota World Customer Contact Centre
Lisa Tyler and her team enjoy successful launch!
We are delighted to confirm that the new Toyota World Customer Contact Centre is now fully opertational after a successful launch.
Based at Toyota World Birmingham, the new Customer Contact Centre will initially be handling outbound calls with a view to progress to inbound calls in 2011.
Team Leader, Lisa Tyler oversaw a comprehensive three week induction plan which exposed the team to Toyota through various training courses, centre visits and driving days, ensuring that every member of the team has superior knowledge of Toyota and the Motor Industry.
The team is now busy contacting our customers and they look forward to speaking with you soon.
