Toyota World Birmingham After Sales

The workshop at Toyota World Birmingham houses 15 bays, including one specialist bay for MOT; together with a smart repair bay, a fully equipped tyre bay and 4 wash/valet bays, providing the centre with a magnificent facility to offer our valued customers.

As your local Toyota Centre, we can offer you a complete range of support services.  From regular servicing, accessories and general wear and tear items; we are the right place for all your Toyota’s needs.  We offer a number of benefits designed to make things as easy as possible, including while-u-wait appointments, collection and delivery service and courtesy cars by appointment.

Accident Assistance:

Toyota World is part of the Sytner Group and as such, our customers have access to a service called Sytnerdrive.  If you lose the use of your car as the result of an accident that was not your fault, you can rely on Sytnerdrive to get you straight back into the driving seat of a vehicle of the same standard as the one you originally chose.  Toyota World will also arrange for the repair of your vehicle to the highest standard.

Smart Repairs:

Smart repairs allow minor damage on your car to be repaired using modern techniques, often at a fraction of the cost of traditional bodyshop processes.  Toyota World Birmingham have there own Smart repair bay enabling your car to be repaired quickly and easily (in some cases while you wait) including bumper scuffs, minor dents, and alloy wheel scuffs.

Collection/delivery service:

We will collect and return your car to you, either at your home or place of work within a 15 mile radius.   We would recommend earlier booking for this option.

Courtesy cars:

Drive our Toyota while we service or repair yours subject to availability and insurance.  We would also recommend earlier booking for this option.

While you wait servicing:

With reduced service intervals, some service or repairs can be completed within the hour.  Relax in our comfortable waiting area where you can read newspapers and magazines or watch television.  Alternatively, why not take the opportunity to do a little shopping, as we are located right next to the Fort Shopping Park for your convenience.

Tyre fitting service:

Naturally, tyres play a major part in Toyota’s handling and cornering.  We now have a fully equipped, dedicated Tyre bay and can provide a replacement service on all makes of tyres at a really competitive price without you having to compromise your normal level of high standards.

Vehicle Loyalty Club:

At Toyota World Birmingham we will be delighted to help maintain your car for years to come and would therefore like to offer FREE membership to our Toyota World Vehicle Loyalty Club, to any Toyota vehicle that is 4 years and older.  This will guarantee you significant discounts from your servicing costs for as long as you own the car.
