Oliver Lloyd is the one we thank the most, simply because he has put so much in for us since we decided to buy our new car. He was informative, friendly and most helpful. Mike Bowd (Finance) was also extremely helpful and we were pleased with the knowledgeable advice he has given us. Toby (Service) dealt with us recently when we bought our Corolla T-Spirit in for service. He kept us informed of developments and was understanding, respectful and prompt. If only all employees in the Motor Trade were as good as these three.

I had work done on my car today and was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Debbie Perry and Jayne Snelson. Over a period of time I have been impressed with the manner and attitude of Jayne and thought she was a one-off in your organisation. However I was pleasantly surprised to find that Debbie Perry also seems committed to excellent customer service. From Debbie at the desk, to the Technicians, sales staff to stores; all of whom have made it a most pleasurable experience for me to part with money for a “job well done.”
