Accident Assistance:

Toyota World is part of the Sytner Group and as such, our customers have access to a service called Sytnerdrive. If you lose the use of your car as the result of an accident that was not your fault, you can rely on Sytnerdrive to get you straight back into the driving seat of a vehicle of the same standard as the one you originally chose. Toyota World will also arrange for the repair of your vehicle to the highest standard.

Courtesy cars:

Drive our Toyota while we service or repair yours subject to availability and insurance. We would also recommend earlier booking for this option.
While you wait servicing:

With reduced service intervals, some service or repairs can be completed within the hour. Relax in our comfortable waiting area where you can read newspapers and magazines or watch television. Alternatively, why not take the opportunity to do a little shopping, as we are located close to Avonmeads Retail Park and the City Centre for your convenience.

Collection/delivery service:

We will collect and return your car to you, either at your home or place or work within a 15 mile radius. We would recommend ealier booking for this option.

Smart Repair:

Smart repairs allow minor damage on your car to be repaired using modern techniques, often at a fraction of the cost of traditional bodyshop processes. Toyota World Bristol South have their own Smart Repairer enabling your car to be repaired quickly and easily (in some cases while you wait) including bumper scuffs, minor dents and alloy wheel scuffs.
