Very welcome. Vivianne (in call centre) bent over backwards to fit my car in for the next day, because of my mistake - going over service mileage.
The people on service reception were all polite and helpful.
The young meeter greeter/receptionist even remembered a conversation we had had 6 months or more.

Nicola and Phil at reception always make you feel welcome. Always helpful. Nicola was able to give an estimate of when the service etc would be finished which allowed me to pop into Newport and return in time to pick the car up. It was a very good estimate. Even when Phil wasn't at reception he always made an effort to have a chat and be pleasant. (Ex-pupil).
