I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to your team for the absolutely fantastic service I have received over the past few days. I have recently moved to the area and called on Monday in a bit of a panic due to some horrible noises the car was making. From the very first phone call your team were nothing short of superb - I was booked in for the Tuesday morning, received a very warm welcome from the ladies on reception, and Wayne continued to provide fantastic service right until I picked up my car yesterday evening (thankfully now noise free). I admit that I have always been wary of using dealerships to fix my car due to the potentially higher costs BUT it has been worth every single penny, and I would not hesitate to (a) use you again, and (b) recommend you to anyone else. Dear Mr Hale,

I would like to bring to your attention the outstanding service I have received from the Staff at Toyota World.

My car has been serviced by your garage for the last 3 years and on each occasion I have been more than satisfied by the customer service. Staff have been welcoming and friendly and I have been made to feel a valued customer. I have just had another service and MOT and once again the service and care from Wayne and the team was superb.

On 3 occasions I have had to 'call in ' to the garage with small problems ie: to have a bulb changed or wiper blade. My problem has been dealt with immediately and by such friendly Staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

John Hodgetts came to my rescue when my brake light failed. John came out to replace it for me but had a slight mishap losing the bulb holder down the rear trim!!Straight away I was offered a drink while he sorted my problem. Thankyou John.
