We survey every customer to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs and use this feedback to guide the on-going training and development of our dealership team.

Steve was very good when we initially called on Saturday afternoon and agreed to purchase the car. However, regrettably there were problems with incorrect paperwork prior to delivery and an unacceptably long delay in refunding our "overpaid" deposit for the finance deal.

The service staff were informative and helpful and notified you all the way. The service staff who actually worked on the vehicles seemed happy with their jobs which passes through to the tasks they carry out. This means the jobs are done correctly first. Very impressed.
