I TOOK DELIVERY OF A NEW TOYOTA VERSO WHICH I AM DELIGHTED WITH. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE OF DEALING WITH TOYOTA TAMWORTH WAS EXCELLENT. THE SALESMAN, STEVE , GAVE FIRST CLASS SERVICE, AND THE HANDOVER WAS SPECTACULAR. VERY PLEASED INDEED.

Our salesman was very good and knowledgeable, he listened to our requirements and remembered them quoting them back to us often, he tailored he slick sales spiel to our requirements. two days later he still remembered our names and every requirement, a very competant sales man.

Having a member of staff on the floor specifically to meet, greet and direct customers is a great idea. Member of staff was efficient and friendly ( as indeed were all members of staff in the service area).
