I own a Volvo V70 and on Saturday was driving through Redhill with my two sons in the car when, on applying the brakes, I heard an awful crunching and screeching. I drove directly to FW Mays and asked for the car to be booked in as there was obviously something wrong with it. I was told the car couldn’t be booked in until Thursday week. But............
