Alex New at Guy Salmon Land Rover climbs Ben Nevis in aid of charity

Alex New of Guy Salmon Portsmouth, hiked over 1344m to the peak of Ben Nevis in support of the “Making a Difference” charity.

Along with fellow colleagues from the Land Rover Academy, Alex completed the trek to the top of Ben Nevis, the highest point in England within 3.5 hours only to be able to stay at the peak for just 10 minutes due to freezing weather conditions.

Making the Difference Trust, funds Land Rover projects in 3rd world countries such as Bornio and Ecuador.

Although exhausted after his trek, Alex was delighted with his achievement and has helped raise £180.00 in aid of this cause.
