Guy Salmon Land Rover Bristol sponsors local balloon team at the Bristol International Balloon Festival

Guy Salmon Land Rover were delighted to sponsor the Trigger Balloon Team at this years Bristol International Balloon Fiesta from 11-14th August.

The Fiesta is the biggest of its kind in Europe and attracted over half a million visitors this year and 120 teams took part in the event with 4 main flights and two evening glows. There were also tethering demonstrations.

The Trigger Team participated in all 4 flights, both balloon glows and an accuracy flying competition which resulted in the team coming third.

Our sponsor vehicle, a Defender 90, was of great help throughout the day assisting with tethering and launching. The Trigger Team that consisted of Lyn Turley, our warranty administrator showcased the Defender and its capabilities at this event.
