Guy Salmon Land Rover Portsmouth are delighted to support Ian Houghton in the Great South Run.

Guy Salmon customer, Ian Hougton, has decided to run the Great South Run in memory of his Dad to help raise money for Motor Neurone Disease, a condition that is very close to his heart. 

The MND Association is such a worthwhile charity which provides essential support for sufferers and their families. Having personally experienced the effect MND has on families, Ian will be training hard for the 10 mile event and is hoping to raise as much money as possible to benefit the MND Association.

Ian said “After watching my son, Liam, run in the 2010 London Marathon and help raise lots of money for Tommy's charity and then enter the 2011 Great South Run at Portsmouth I have been persuaded to enter the Great South Run as well. He is 29 and I am 57 so I need all the help to get me through the ten miles and perform as best I can so I will not be too far behind him”
