Guy Salmon Thames Ditton was delighted to sponsor the Girl Guides Christmas Raffle, which was drawn on a cold night during December at the Thames Ditton Christmas Fair. The raffle raised around a £1000, and overall the event raised approximately £2260 for the guide hut appeal. Guy Salmon Thames Ditton raised around £650 during 2008 from their charity car wash and various events. In total The Guides have raised roughly £23,000 over fifteen months and hope to replace the roof on the antiquated hut during 2009. Watch this space for the next update.
