Reading Audi Leading the Way
Reading Audi will be leading the way from the front at the 2012 Reading Half Marathon
We will be providing five of our top of the range Audi's to lead the race.
It will be the second year running that we will do so, leading the men and women in the Reading Half, Green Park Challenge and the Wheelchair Race around the race routes.
Double World Champion Rower Toby Garbett (pictured on the right) and World BMX Champion Mike Mullen (left) called into the dealership last week to collect the keys for the vehicles from Head of Business Mike Murphy (middle).
We are delighted to be on board again with the sold out 2012 race. Mike Murphy commented "Our support is part of our commitment to the community and we are only too pleased to provide the vehicles."
"We have strong links with The Duchess of Kent House Charity, so it was an easy decision to make."
In aid of the Mat Davis foundation, Jon Stenson of Graypaul Birmingham will be undertaking an unbelievable 2,300km Gate to Gate challenge, with the aim of raising a remarkable £10,000. The Mat Davis foundation was inspired by an incredible young man of the same name and aims to provide support to people aged 18-26, in Warwickshire, who have been diagnosed with terminal cancer.
