Guy Salmon Land Rover Ascot sponsor National Hunt Flat Race at Ascot Race Course.

Guy Salmon Land Rover Ascot were proud sponsors of the 'Land Rover Hunters Chase' on Saturday 19th November at the Royal Ascot Race Course.

 Saturday was a typical cold November’s day, but moral was high with the hundreds of guests turning out in style to cheer on their favourites at the Royal Ascot Race Course.

As sponsor of the 'Land Rover Hunters Chase' one of the many privileges was to choose the finest filly to be awarded the best 'turned out' before the race is to commence. Fiona Lyons, Marketing Executive at Guy Salmon Ascot, had the choice of choosing one of eleven perfectly groomed horses... the choice was made! A horse called 'Population' was the chosen horse. Population's groom received £100 for what can simply be described as perfection.

When the announcement had been made that Population had won the race, the crowed flocked to the show ring to applause Jockey Jack Quinlan for his brilliant triumph.  Fiona Lyons, presented Jack Quinlan, Trainer John Ferguson and owner Mr John P.Ferguson with their winning prizes.
