Peter Kellett of Guy Salmon Land Rover Portsmouth is awarded Excellence in Skills Award!

Peter Kellet, Parts Advisor at Guy Salmon Portsmouth has received his Excellence in Skills Level 2 Parts Advisor award.

Peter was monitored during a days work by a Land Rover assessor and through role play and an online test had to demonstrate his brand and product knowledge and how he applies it effectively to provide excellent customer service.

On his achievement Peter said “I am so happy to have completed this assessment and I even get a little plaque to display on the front counter. It has been an excellent opportunity to assess where I am in my Parts career”

Peter’s award is accredited under the Land Rover Excellence in Skills programme which is endorsed by the Institute of the Motor Industry.
