LHV Division Charity Challenge

From Thursday 23rd September to Saturday 25th September, the Lexus Honda Volvo Division completed their 2010 Charity Challenge…

Walking Hadrian’s Wall in just 3 days!

Of course this usually takes walkers a week to complete and most people would walk it from east to west, but our colleagues did it in the opposite direction ... this is a charity challenge after all!

Braving the elements day and night (yes, they even camped out) our 19 intrepid hikers pushed themselves to their limits over rugged and often squelchy terrain!

The purpose of the challenge was to raise money for Help the Heroes and they did just that, with an outstanding £10,000 raised for the charity that supports members of the armed forces who have been wounded in the service of their country.

This is an amazing team achievement and one that they assure us will linger in their memory, as well as their thighs and calves for some time!
