Just want to pass on my praise to Matthew (sales) and Mark (Used car manager) at Wakefield Audi for the manner in which they dealt with me after an unfortunate incident regarding my recently purchased car. They both acted extremely professionally, were quick to apologise, and rectify the problem. The added touch of providing an A6 and free valet were a nice touch that really shows your companies commitment to providing excellent customer service. When something goes wrong, its very easy to apologise. But nobody recommends a company because they apologise. I recommend on how they apologise and what they do to make it up. Mark and Matthew were excellent. Please send them my comments.

We've arrived safely back home, happy with our recent purchase of a mini cooper clubman, but still a little shell-shocked, as actually the purchase of a new car was the furthest thing from our thoughts when setting out on this trip.
We must say that Phil Tucker pulled out all the stops to help our deliberations about the purchase, and to meet our timescales to enable us to bring the vehicle home with us.
His friendly, yet professional manner, was a breath of fresh air, and the rest of the team supported his efforts in a likewise manner.

The Mat Davis foundation was inspired by an incredible young man of the same name and aims to provide support to people aged 18-26, in Warwickshire, who have been diagnosed with terminal cancer.
