I always receive first class service from service reception whenever I bring my car in to the garage but the manner in which they came together to address issues raised by my last visit was outstanding.

The service that I have received both personal and mechanical, continues to be excellent and I will of course state such during the telephone call. However, I am writing to you personally to mention the outstanding service provided by Laura Brash, with whom I arranged yet another Honda Happiness contract and Reece (I am unsure of the spelling) who collects and returns my car for each service.

We've arrived safely back home, happy with our recent purchase of a mini cooper clubman, but still a little shell-shocked, as actually the purchase of a new car was the furthest thing from our thoughts when setting out on this trip.
We must say that Phil Tucker pulled out all the stops to help our deliberations about the purchase, and to meet our timescales to enable us to bring the vehicle home with us.
His friendly, yet professional manner, was a breath of fresh air, and the rest of the team supported his efforts in a likewise manner.

I would like to bring to your attention the outstanding service I have received from the Staff at Toyota World.
My car has been serviced by your garage for the last 3 years and on each occasion I have been more than satisfied by the customer service. Staff have been welcoming and friendly and I have been made to feel a valued customer. I have just had another service and MOT and once again the service and care from Wayne and the team was superb.
On 3 occasions I have had to 'call in ' to the garage with small problems ie: to have a bulb changed or wiper blade. My problem has been dealt with immediately and by such friendly Staff. Nothing was too much trouble.
John Hodgetts came to my rescue when my brake light failed. John came out to replace it for me but had a slight mishap losing the bulb holder down the rear trim!!Straight away I was offered a drink while he sorted my problem. Thankyou John.
