The Quattroporte met a particular need for an exclusive group of discerning motorists. Europe’s emerging network of motorways opened up thrilling worlds of possibility when it came to long- distance travel. With this Maserati, they could all be embraced – at high speeds, in spacious comfort and in breathtaking Italian style. As the flagship model in the Maserati range, Quattroporte comes with three remarkable engines and a world of opportunities for the entrepreneurial connoisseur.
Forever exclusive, never mainstream, it has always been daringly different – for those who dare to be different.
Luxury, scale and space meet phenomenal dynamic capabilities in the Maserati Quattroporte. It’s a unique combination perfectly expressed by this vehicle’s stately and flowing yet dynamically intense exterior proportions. The front is dominated by the characteristic grille bearing the iconic Trident.
Despite its impressive size, the Quattroporte manages to maintain a balanced and dynamic appearance - from the restyled Maserati grille at the front to its LED light clusters at the rear. Newly designed front and rear bumpers give the car even greater authority and presence, whilst the marque’s traditional three air vents are featured along the sides.
Frameless doors then manage to give this executive saloon the appearance of a sleek coupé. The Quattroporte’s familiar triangular C-pillar, the celebrated Saetta logo, is another nod to the car’s innate sporting character, as are the quad chrome tailpipes and the integral boot spoiler, which generates downforce at high speeds.
In the Quattroporte, Maserati has created a unique and exclusive car, designed for the discerning tastes of entrepreneurial pioneers and business trailblazers – high achievers who relish the unconventional and avant-garde.
Naturally, for such a clientele, the Quattroporte is available in a number of different guises and with three inspirational engines. There is a choice of two petrol engines; a 410 HP 3-litre Twin Turbo V6 and the 530 HP 3.8 litre Twin Turbo V8 petrol unit.
In addition there is a potent 3-litre V6 turbo diesel that produces a remarkable 275 HP.
In the front or in the rear, relax in the lap of luxury.
To ensure the comfort of its distinguished guests, the Quattroporte wants for nothing, and in terms of materials and equipment only the best will do: premium Italian leathers, fine woods, handcrafted stitching, the very latest in high-tech instrumentation. The sensation of wellbeing begins with the 12-way power adjustable leather front seats that ensure the perfect driving position.
Equal attention has been focused on the occupants of the rear seats, as well. The standard Quattroporte comes with a supremely comfortable, asymmetrically folding, hand-stitched leather rear bench seat for three people, complete with a central armrest that contains a USB point and a 12V socket.
On the one hand, there is the awareness and the experience of massive performance. On the other, there’s meticulously-crafted comfort, technological convenience and peerless Italian style.
Ahead of the driver, the large speedometer and rev counter are separated by a 7” TFT display that presents the essential dynamic data.
The 8.4” Maserati Touch Control Plus (MTC+) unit takes pride of place at the centre of the Quattroporte dashboard. With very few buttons plus a highly responsive interface, it is designed to help the driver maintain focus on the road ahead and mastering it is intuitive and easy.
The state-of-the-art system also features both Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto® mirroring functions. In addition, for iPhone® users, Apple’s Siri® system acts as a personal assistant.
