We are proud to announce that four colleagues from across the Sytner Group were recognised and awarded as Unsung Heroes and Rising Stars at the AM100 awards.
The first of the awards at last night’s event in Birmingham was the ‘Unsung Heroes’ award. Introduced this year, the new category aims to celebrate those that seek little recognition whilst being an invaluable part of the team, supporting the company’s success.
Two Sytner Group colleagues were finalists in this category with Jack Gallagher, Parts Advisor at Guy Salmon Jaguar Bristol, being named the overall winner and Teddy Reddish, Customer Host at Aston Martin Nottingham, being Highly Commended as the category runner-up.
We would like to congratulate both Jack and Teddy on their awards and thank them for their continued hard work. At the Sytner Group, we’re proud to have a strong ‘One Team’ ethos and recognise that each-and-every colleague plays an important role in the company’s continued success.
The second of the awards at last night’s AM100 event was the ‘Rising Stars’ award. Also new to AM100 this year, the Rising Stars award celebrates developing talent in the automotive industry. It is awarded to colleagues that are regarded as having outstanding talents, great business acumen and are seen as an inspiration to their peers.
We were also very proud to have two finalists within the Rising Stars category. The first of our finalists, Lily Brassey, New Car Sales Manager at Mercedes-Benz of Cheltenham and Gloucester, was named as the overall category winner and Luke Bridge, Service Technician at Mercedes-Benz of Teesside, was Highly Commended as runner-up.
We would like to extend our congratulations to both Lily and Luke. We place great emphasis on rewarding and nurturing talent within the Group, always aiming to promote from within wherever possible, so it’s great to see colleagues being awarded externally for their talents and hard work.
