The fantastic team at Harrogate Volkswagen have raised an incredible £1,404.00 for Mencap with their Big Tea Party fundraising activities in November. Activities included bake sales, dress down days, a nail salon and gunge the Manager.
Karen Watson, Harrogate's receptionist, did a great job organising the event and even put together a video of the day. As a result of all her hard work, Karen has been nominated for Sytner Volkswagen's 'Making It Special' award, which recognises and rewards Sytner Group colleagues for going above and beyond.

"We are so grateful for your support and for helping us to improve the lives of people with a learning disability, and their families and carers. The Harrogate Volkswagen team really are an amazing bunch!
To give you an idea of the difference your fundraising makes, your donation could pay for thirty people with a learning disability to have a fun day out this Christmas, providing them with the vital opportunity to socialise, connect with their local community and build their confidence, whilst also giving their families a much needed rest. We cannot thank you enough for your support."
