The Motability Dealer Awards were designed to recognise and reward dealerships and dealer groups that are industry-leading, specifically when it comes to the Motability Car Scheme. Ensuring that all dealerships follow best practice, the Dealer Awards cement exemplary customer service for all customers across the Motability Scheme’s national dealer network.

The awards are judged entirely by customer reviews and performance, with criteria being based upon how the scheme was delivered to them throughout their time with a given dealership or group.
