Leicestershire Cares World of Work tour

Sytner Audi host Leicestershire Cares World of Work tour

Last week, Leicester Audi was delighted to welcome participants from Leicestershire Cares’ Flying Fish and YES Projects for a tour of the dealership and to learn about its many business roles.

World of Work tours have been designed to expose participants to everything that happens within a particular place of work. In Leicester Audi’s case, that meant covering roles that ranged from Sales and Aftersales to Accounting and Preparation.

Throughout the Work Tour, our Sytner Audi colleagues were on hand to answer absolutely any questions that the young people had, teach them new skills that they would find helpful in the workplace and to discuss their own experiences in the automotive industry.

All of the young people taking part enjoyed their experience at the dealership and, with some of the participants expressing their interest in learning more about or even joining the automotive industry, may hopefully have the opportunity to join Sytner Group for some work experience in the future.

Aside from the important work based happenings, the participants also got to explore the dealership at their leisure and had the opportunity to take photos in some of the stunning Audi models sitting inside the dealership – the beautiful Ara Blue R8 was a particular favourite!

Across the Sytner Group, we’re proud to support local charities and projects such as Flying Fish and the YES Project. We look forward to once again welcoming a World of Work tour into one of our dealerships in the future.
