Candice - Service Technical Apprentice from Sytner Coventry

"Learning to fix BMW's has been incredibly rewarding. My work quality means the most to me.

Between the availability of technical information - to continue mastering my role - and the aspiring figures who've supported me, this apprenticeship has ignited the motivation in both my professional and personal growth."

Alanta - Bodyshop Technical Apprentice from Sytner Chigwell

"My initial start to BMW Sytner Chigwell was a huge warm welcome, I was always an artistic person growing up so I thought I’d give it a go and pair my two hobbies up and apply to become a paint technician.

They all trust and push me into becoming the best possible version of myself which is hugely rewarding.

For anyone thinking of becoming an apprentice at Sytner I can only urge them to go for it as you’ll never look back, it’s been the best experience to gain knowledge I didn’t even consider possible."

Saffy - Service Technical Apprentice from Sytner High Wycombe

"The apprenticeship at Sytner High Wycombe just ticked all the right boxes and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Whilst I knew I would be starting at the bottom, I could see that there was also a chance to work my way up.

It’s a really close team and even though I had my own dedicated mentor, I felt supported by all the technicians who went out of their way to help me.

My training programme included a number of block training weeks at the BMW Group Academy and it was great to be with the same delegates during the entire 3-year apprenticeship as it provided another support network."

Max - Recently promoted to Duty Service Manager from Sytner High Wycombe

"I remember watching the Sytner High Wycombe site being built and I knew I had to work there.

The BMW Group Academy offered a fantastic level of mentor support and the training I received really has helped me to become the person I am now.

I’d really encourage anyone thinking of starting their career in the automotive industry to apply to work for Sytner Group.

They truly are the “Best Company to Work For” and the opportunities that are offered to those who are prepared to work hard are endless."
