Sir George Martin CBE 'Inspired by British Music' Wraith raises £66,667 for Fly Navy Heritage Trust!

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Manchester have one very happy customer!

Our one of one 'Inspired by British Music' Wraith, inspired by 'Fifth Beatle', Sir George Martin CBE has been presented to its new owner this week, by Fly Navy Heritage Trust Chief Executive, Commodore Jock Alexander OBE FRAeS.

The Fly Navy Heritage Trust is a charity supported by Rolls-Royce Manchester, who work hard to preserve Britain's great naval aviation heritage. We are proud to announce that the sale has raised £66,667 for the Fly Navy Heritage Trust, who rely heavily on public donations.

There have been a series of nine 'Inspired by British Music' bespoke Wraiths created, in collaboration with British Music Legends. The car was sold at auction at the Charity's Ambassadors' Dinner at Kensington Palace in October. It was created in partnership with the Martin family and features Sir George Martin’s number one records embroidered into Wraith’s signature waterfall and door-flights engraved with hand-written lyrics and quotes, all serve to beautifully illustrate the musical legacies of the greatest names in British popular music.

From The Team at Rolls-Royce Manchester, thank you for your support and we hope you enjoy your new Wraith, inspired by Sir George Martin CBE, a truly British music legend.
