Our Team at Huddersfield SEAT are certainly on a role this year!

Our very own Lauren O'Neill has recently been rewarded for successfully achieving her Service Advisor Accreditation.

Lauren was presented with her certificate by SEAT UK's Area Service Manager, Cameron Borrett, together with a small recognition gift.

Both SEAT UK and Sytner strive to provide the best training possible for all of our colleagues, ensuring we can deliver a first class service for our valued customers.

Service advisors who are ready for their end-of-qualification assessment day are measured in several ways:

  • Several customer interaction scenario's, including the dreaded role play!
  • Three separate tests including a brand test, a verbal knowledge assessment and a written test
