Click and Collect at Sytner Group

We are pleased to announce that Sytner customers can now benefit from our new Click and Collect option. Search our range of over 8,000 cars and use our Buy Online facility to part-exchange, apply for finance and reserve a car, all completely online.

Or, if you would prefer, our remote sales teams are ready to help guide you through the process over the phone. You can then collect your new vehicle quickly and safely from your local dealership.

Reopening our Dealerships

What should I expect when I collect my vehicle?

We have always taken the safety of our colleagues and customers very seriously and in the current climate that responsibility is even more critical. As a result we have changed our usual vehicle handover process to ensure the safety of our customers and colleagues and respect government guidelines.

Appointment


When it’s time to collect your new vehicle, a member of the team will contact you to complete all of the relevant paperwork. In order to maintain social distancing, only one customer will be allowed in the handover area at any one time. For that reason, we also ask that where possible you collect your car by yourself.

Face Mask

Upon your arrival at the dealership, you’ll be greeted by a member of staff who will direct you to the ‘Click & Collect’ handover area. In accordance with Government guidance all customers are required to wear a face covering, that covers your nose and mouth, for the duration of your visit with us.

Throughout your time at the dealership, our colleagues will wear a face covering whenever they are interacting with you, even when talking to you from behind one of our protective screens. If you do not have a face covering with you, a disposable face mask will be provided. If your personal circumstances exempt you from wearing a face covering, please let the dealership team know.

Social Distancing


If you have a part-exchange, a member of the team will re-appraise your car after directing you to the dedicated handover area. When you enter the handover area, please apply disinfectant gel at the hand sanitising station, follow any instructional signs and maintain the recommended two metre distance between yourself and the Handover Specialist.

If there is any further paperwork that needs to be completed, you’ll be directed to the sanitised ‘Signing Space’ where the documents will be highlighted for your signature.

Increased Cleaning

Ahead of your visit, your vehicle will have been fully valeted and sanitised ready for collection.

The Handover Specialist will ensure social distancing measures are maintained throughout the entire collection process. To ensure your ‘Click & Collect’ appointment is swift, we will be offering a Post-Delivery Digital Handover on platforms such as Zoom, FaceTime and Skype so we can answer more detailed questions around the features of your car.

Your sanitised keys will be given to you in a sealed envelope and you’ll be free to drive away in your new car!
