Service Advisor

Harrogate Volkswagen is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join their Front of House Team.

The Ideal candidate will have good communication skills and be an enthusiastic team player. The role requires you to deal with demanding customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient way whilst maintaining our high standard of customer satisfaction.

Specifically you will be required to use Autoline to make bookings and optimise workshop efficiency, prepare and explain invoices, explain all repair work and actively promote and generate sales.

Sales Executive

The right candidates must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism and attention to detail whilst having a passion to be the best.

Ideally we are looking for the candidates to have retail experience not necessarily motor trade but they must be able to deliver outstanding customer experiences whilst achieving sales targets profitably. Training and structured learning along with full managerial support will be given to the successful applicant. A full driving licence is required.

Experience is not a necessity, but passion and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service every time is.
